Do the twin peaks challenge for Praxis Care

Praxis Care is running a Two Peaks Walk Challenge on August 25 and 26.

Individuals are being asked to climb the twin peaks of Carrantuohill in Co Kerry and Slieve Donard in Co Down over the course of the weekend.

Individuals need to raise £495 and this covers the cost of transport, food and accommodation for the weekend.

Praxis Care is a leading charity providing care and support for adults and children with learning disabilities, mental ill health and acquired brain injury.

Brian McCready, from Banbridge said, “I am delighted to be signing up to the Praxis Care Twin Peaks Walk Challenge and to be supporting the work of Praxis Care. I hope that many people in Northern Ireland will take on the challenge and join the Praxis Care Twin Peaks Walk Challenge.”

All monies raised from the event will go towards supporting Praxis Care’s fantastic work in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and England for vulnerable adults and children.”
