Disorderly and indecent behaviour

The case against a 26-year-old man was adjourned last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.

Paul David Beattie, Ridgeway Street, Lisburn, admitted disorderly behaviour and indecent behaviour at Church Square, Banbridge, on February 18 this year.

His solicitor said because of the nature of the offences and the fact that Beattie had previous convictions a pre-sentence report may be appropriate.

Deputy District Judge Liam McStay a report would be necessary in all the circumstances and adjourned sentencing until April 7.
