Denise leads digital success at awards

A BANBRIDGE woman has led her team to success at the finals of the prestigious Digital Advertising Northern Ireland (DANI) Awards.

The Web Bureau, managed by Denise Cowan, was recognised for its use of online search and digital B2B campaigns at a glittering ceremony held in the impressive Titanic Belfast building last week.

The web design, development and digital marketing agency scooped an impressive second and third place in the esteemed Best Use of Search category for their search engine optimisation campaigns on behalf of clients Grand Opera House and Kingspan Oil Alarms respectively.

But that wasn’t all, the agency was also rewarded for the success of their ‘Northern Ireland Website Scrappage Scheme’ in the Best B2B Campaign category. The marketing campaign, launched in April 2012, saw The Web Bureau encourage businesses to ditch their old website in exchange for a discount of up to £1,000 off a new site.

Denise Cowan, Digital Marketing Manager at The Web Bureau, said, “Achieving finalist status at the DANI Awards is a great testament to the success of our digital team and the high standards of work produced for clients.

“The competition was fierce and to have our work recognised by the expert panel of DANI Awards judges is a wonderful achievement for the agency.”

The Web Bureau is a full service digital agency offering web design, e-commerce development, online strategy, content management system, search engine optimisation, email marketing and social media marketing.
