While driving at Newry Street Banbridge a 31-year-old woman was seen using her mobile phone, the local court heard last Thursday.
Andrea McKibbin, Lisburn Road, Ballynahinch, was fined £60 for the offence and given three penalty points.
She was also fined £25 for failing to produce her licence and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that on October 2 last year she was seen driving in Newry Street, Banbridge, and as she negotiated a roundabout she had her phone to her right ear.
