‘Substantial’ drug haul by police in Newtownabbey

Police have recovered a substantial quantity of a suspected Class A drug in the Newtownabbey area.

It followed a house search today (Thursday) by Newtownabbey Neighbourhood Policing Team.

PSNI Antrim and Newtownabbey said: “As a result of the search a substantial quantity of a suspected class A drug was found
