A Banbridge man is to go on trial charged with sex related offences.
Frank Massey from Tullymore Road faces a total of five charges.
These include two counts of breaching a sexual offences prevention order, one count of failing to comply with notification requirements and two of failing to notify police of travel outside the UK.
The offences allegedly occurred between 17 July and 22 July last and a PPS prosecutor told last week’s local court that based on the papers before the court, there was a prima facie case to answer.
Fifty-six year-old Massey was ordered to return for arraignment at his trial on 8 May.
He was returned on continuing bail.
