Jubilee Park man to contest allegations of criminal damage and threats
Gavin William Lawn, 21, from Jubilee Park, will contest three allegations against him in January.
He stands charged with the assault of a male on June 25th.
Lawn is also charged with threats to damage a house on the same date.
He is further accused of criminal damage to a window during the same alleged incident.
District Judge John Meehan fixed contest for January 25th before adjourned the case for pre-trial review on December 30th.
Mr Blaine Nugent appeared at East Tyrone Magistrates Court on his behalf.
