A 59-year-old man has been accused of being in charge of a motor vehicle with excess alcohol in his breath.
Noel David Mills, Tonaghmore Road, Dromore, appeared last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
The charge against him alleges that on January 26 this year at Banbridge Road, Dromore, he was in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in his breath. A police officer said she was aware of the facts and circumstances of the matter and believed she could connect the accused with the charge.
A public prosecutor asked for an adjournment until March 23.
Mills was released on his own bail of £250 to appear again in court on that date.
