Court appearance for damage to City Walls
A 51-year-old man is to come before Londonderry Magistrates Court on March 19, charged with public order offences and criminal damage to the City Walls.
The accused will come before the Magistrates Court on March 19, charged with criminal damage, failing to answer to bail, unauthorised works to a scheduled monument, damaging an historic monument and possessing an article with intent to damage property.
It is understood the charges relate to an incident on the City Walls on February 1, and, as per normal procedure, will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
