Complaints of ‘under-age usage of arcades’ in Cookstown
MID-ULSTER DUP MLA Ian McCrea has encouraged owners of arcades in Cookstown to be more vigilant in not allowing young people under the age of 18 into restricted areas of their premises.
He said: “I have recently received complaints that some of the arcades in Cookstown have been allowing young people under the age of 18 in to restricted areas within their premises.
“I would encourage owners to be more aware and vigilant in ensuring that strict policies are in place that prohibit under 18’s from entering into these restricted areas by requesting ID is shown before entry is granted.”
