A 100-hour Community Service Order was imposed at Londonderry Magistrates Court on a taxi driver charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was Eamon Quigley (58), of 40 The meadows, who was convicted of the offence against James Arnett on September 29, 2012.
Penalty was deferred from a previous Court.
