Cannabis plants seized
A 19-YEAR-OLD man was arrested following a seizure of cannabis plants from a car in Banbridge at the weekend.
Police on patrol stopped a car at the Newry Road around 10.45pm on Sunday January 22 and a number of cannabis plants were found. Equipment used in the the cultivation of drugs and drug related paraphernalia were seized during subsequent searches in the Highfield Gardens and Woodside Park areas.
The man has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
