A BIN was destroyed after being set on fire at the weekend, causing disruption in Newry Stret for a time, police said.
It was reported that shortly after midnight on Sunday July 22 a council bin was deliberately set alight and completely destroyed.
Firefighters attended the scene at the junction of Newry Street and Scarva Street.
Police would ask anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information to contact them at Banbridge on 0845 600 8000.
