Court appearance
The man arrested on the evening of Tuesday, September 11, in relation to a drugs seizure in Magherafelt has been charged and is due to appear in Londonderry Magistrates Court this morning.
The man is 34 (not 28) and faces nine charges including, possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply, possession of Class B drugs, cultivating cannabis, being concerned in the supply of drugs, possession of criminal property, obstructing police as well as three charges of motoring offences.
