Corbet man faces charges of flashing in Solitude

A 41-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to three offences which are alleged to have happened in Solitude Park, Banbridge.

David Thompson, Millbank View, Corbet, denied the charges when he appeared last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.

It is alleged that on July 20 this year he was guilty of indecent behaviour and disorderly behaviour in Solitude Park and that he committed an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his person to a male.

The case was adjourned until October 27 so that a date could be fixed for the contest.
