Dromore double murder accused Leslie Ross has appeared again at Banbridge Court via videolink.

The case was adjourned until 6 February when the PPS will give an update on the file.

Leslie Ross, 66, from Dromore, is accused of murdering 47-year-old Michelle Bickerstaff who was found dead in April 2012 and Margaret Weise, 50, who died in August 2007.

Ross is also charged with indecent assault, gross indecency with a child and indecently assaulting a female child.

A defence solicitor said he was alarmed that significant time has passed and there still had been no decision or disclosure from the PPS.

“I have asked for medical evidence and there has been none forthcoming,” he said.
