The case had been adjourned from a previous court so that a pre sentence report could be prepared.

The previous court heard that at 1am police were called to an incident at a house in Banbridge.

Boswell had been at a party in his partner’s aunt’s house and had been asked to leave.

During a search police found a small quantity of herbal cannabis on a small table in the living room.

District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, warned Boswell if he came back to court and the order revoked he would be ‘in deep trouble’.
