Community meeting

Banbridge Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) Policing Committee is hosting an open community meeting on Wednesday, January 8, at 7:30pm in Rathfriland Fire Station.

Ms Debbie McCague from REACT Ltd will be attending to provide information in relation to current drug and alcohol use and outlining the effects different types of drugs can have on the body.

This will be a useful session for parents, or anyone who may be concerned about young people coming into contact with alcohol and/or drugs.

The PCSP Policing Committee is also be keen to hear local views about policing delivery and any community safety issues in the Rathfriland area and would warmly encourage members of the public to attend to contribute to this informal discussion with PCSP Members and local PSNI Officers.

There will also be an opportunity to speak with Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators in the Rathfriland area - so if you are interested in setting up a NW group or joining an existing one in the Rathfriland area and would like further information, then please come along.
