Charged with cultivating drug
A man charged with cultivating cannabis plants at an address in Portadown has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court.
Nguyen Phi Chein (49), with an address in Hackney, London, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry.
It is lleged that on dates between August 1, 2015, and September 15, 2015, at 11 Selshion Parade, Portadown, he cultivated cannabis plants.
He was remanded in custody to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on October 20.
