Centenary show

LURGAN Show Society will launch their centenary year show on Wednesday, April 25, at 8pm.

A reception will be held in Brownlow House for show officials and sponsors.

This event will start a number of months activities and will include: a free Peter Corry concert and fireworks display on Friday, June 1, the centenary show on Saturday, June 2, which will be followed by an exhibition in Lurgan Library in September, with the celebrations concluding with a dinner and awards ceremony. Prize schedules will be available from next week.

They also hope to produce a booklet charting the history of the past 100 years.
