Causeway Citizens Advice Bureau extended services

They have also extended their telephone service to include Saturday morning and it operates until 6 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. The late evening telephone service was aimed mainly at Moyle clients. This additional service was made possible by additional funding from DSD administered through Coleraine, Ballymoney and Moyle Councils.

The extended service has been very useful to clients with one important benefit being that they didn’t have to go on a waiting list to have DLA or Attendance Allowance forms completed but were offered an appointment within a few days.

This service will end on 27th March for the Saturday drop-in and telephone provision and on Tuesday 30th March for the extended telephone service. The DSD funding was for three months only.

Our regular service will of course continue as usual.
