Caught driving while banned
A 36-year-old man will be sentenced next month at Banbridge Magistrates Court for motoring offences.
Bartosz Henryk Rak, Elmdale Court, Banbridge, admitted three offences.
They were driving while disqualified and without insurance on January 19 this year at Main Street, Scarva, and making a false statement on January 18 to obtain insurance by failing to disclose he had a disqualification.
District Judge, Mr Alan White, said it was a case for a pre-sentence report and adjourned sentencing until March 10 so that a report could be prepared.
