British Heart Foundation door to door collections

For over 50 years the Foundation has pioneered research that’s transformed the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions. Their work has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that are changing the fight against heart disease.

Marjory Burns, Director, BHF Northern Ireland says: “We can’t do our vital work without our loyal supporters and we would like to encourage anyone that can to sign up and join the fight.

“There have been some concerns raised over fundraisers calling at doors in areas of Northern Ireland. Our legitimate fundraisers will always have an identification badge and they will never ask for cash. They will invite you to sign up for a direct debit and take only the kind of information that appears openly on your cheques – the account number and sort code”.
