Boy ‘assaulted in dispute over refund’
A boy was allegedly assaulted by a member of staff at a restaurant in Lurgan following a dispute over a refund for food.
The incident happened just after 4pm on Tuesday in the Flush Place area of the town.
It is understood the youth was grabbed by the scruff of the neck by a man after asking for a refund for food he had purchased. His injuries are not believed to be serious.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said they are appealing for information following reports of the assault.
