Bleachgreen review now November 11

THE High Court in Belfast has earmarked November 11 for the review of the appeal of the County Court ruling of the Green Road in Armdore as a public right of way.

The review date decision was taken on Thursday of last week.

At the County Court in June, sitting in Londonderry, the Judge upheld the application by Derry City Council that Green Road was a public right of way. The incumbent judge also granted an injunction against the land owners, Samuel and Madeline Condit, ordering them to remove any and all obstructions from the road.

The review proceedings will now come before the High Court in Belfast on November 11.
