Assault charge is dismissed
A 19-year-old man had two charges against him dismissed last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Michael John Stokes, Kenlis Street, Banbridge, had been charged with common assault on a male and disorderly behaviour at Downshire Place, Banbridge, on October 19 last year. No evidence was offered.
