Arrest warrant for man on drugs charge
A warrant was issued for the arrest of a 24-year-old man when he failed to appear last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Damien Donaghy, Brague Road, Corbet, Banbridge, was due to appear in relation to a drugs charge.
He is charged with unlawful possession of a class C drug, namely Lyrica, on August 2 this year.
He was connected to the charge but when his name was called there was no response.
District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, issued an arrest warrant to have Donaghy brought to court.
