Arrest after cannabis find
Police Tactical Crime Team officers have arrested a man following a seizure of cannabis.
Sergeant Victor McNeill said: “On Wednesday, 21 April we conducted a planned search of a house in Summerhill, Banbridge. We seized a quantity of herbal cannabis and diazepam along with cash, drugs paraphernalia and a magnet from the electricity meter. A 32 year old man was arrested for possession of Class B and C drugs, possession of Class B and C drugs with intent to supply, criminal damage and preventing a meter from registering electricity. He was later released on bail pending enquiries.”
