Jim Allister said: “As well as highlighting the issue of a continued IRA Army Council directing a party of government TUV has been the only party which has sought – with some success – to bring the issue of abuse of expenses into the light.

“Without a TUV voice in Stormont no one would ever have known that the Assembly continued to pay tens of thousands of pounds of your money towards a Sinn Fein so-called “research” company which cannot produce any evidence of research it has carried out.

“We have been the only voice in the Assembly which has consistently made the argument that we would be better off out of the EU and I look forward to debunking some of the scaremongering which has been going on in relation to this issue when I visit Upper Bann.”

TUV Upper Bann Assembly candidate Roy Ferguson added: “I am pleased to be the TUV standard-bearer in this constituency and look forward to welcoming Jim to Waringstown next Friday.”
