Riverdance was first appreciated at the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin. 20 years on Riverdance has been seen live by over 2 million people worldwide, and it will be coming to the Odyssey Arena Belfast next year as part of the 20th Anniversary Tour. Riverdance was developed into a full length stage show with a fusion of Irish and International music and dance. The show broke all box office records during its world premiere run in Dublin in early 1995.

When Riverdance travelled to London, the original ten performances was increased to 151 in subsequent months. It was then followed up by a tour in New York, Belfast and Cork. Since then it has spread across the world.

The show will be coming to the Odyssey Arena in Belfast on Wednesday January 22 until Saturday January 25 and tickets, priced £38 and £27.50 are on sale now from all usual outlets.
