Patients who might benefit from a timely injection following a physiotherapy assessment, will be treated by an advanced clinical specialist physiotherapist who has completed approved post graduate training in Injection Therapy.

Denise Hall, clinical lead physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Outpatients said, “Feedback to date shows that pain and quality of life are greatly improved for those patients who have availed of Injection Therapy as part of their Physiotherapy plan, helping them to return to work, hobbies and normal lifestyle. It is also much more convenient for patients to receive their injection from their Physiotherapist, avoiding the need to attend additional appointments at other clinics.”
