SRC staff review the year gone by
A large number of Southern Regional College learning support staff met recently in the Banbridge Campus to review and reflect on the past year and to begin preparations for the upcoming academic year.
The event was organised by Gail Hanna, Learning Support Manager and was facilitated by the Learning Support Co-ordinators.
Janet Little, Employee Development Manager provided training on ‘Managing Difficult Situations’.
Attendees were invited to reflect on the purpose of their own role within the College and to focus on this role in terms of being customer focused and attaining positive results.
