Rathfriland High School support for Air Ambulance

Rathfriland High School has presented a £1092.10 cheque to the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance charity following a recent collection by the school.

Principal, Mr Matthews said: “This cheque demonstrates the generosity of our pupils, parents and staff and reflects the value the wider community places on the excellent work done by all involved with the Air Ambulance.”

contributions in meeting the running costs of the service and ensuring it is available

when needed across Northern Ireland. This was Colleen’s second visit to Rathfriland High School in recent weeks following another presentation of funds to the Air Ambulance from last year’s Year 12 pupils.

The school has extended thanks to everyone involved, including Rathfriland High Scripture Union who donated some of their funds to the collection.
