NRC Open Day a hit with students

PROSPECTIVE students, parents and young adults were out in full force to seek advice from academics and career professionals at the Northern Regional Colleges Open Days.

The event which is firmly embedded in the calendar of all the post primary schools in the college’s catchment area saw hundreds of young people and adults attend the Coleraine Campus to sample a taste of college life.

For some it was the first experience to enter the world of their local further and higher education college which provided them with the opportunity to view the college’s facilities and discuss with tutors their career opportunities and the full-time programmes available at the college.
