The property was sold at auction by Osborne King in November and workmen have been on site for the past couple of weeks, readying the premises to house a new cafe, bakery, deli, bookstore and art gallery.

Called New Haven, it will be run by Jenny Mullholland who worked for Marks and Spencer for the past 20 years as a store designer and planner and most recently had been general manager of the Sprucefield store.
