Scrawls and ramblings with Hat Fitz and Cara

Making this record has been one of the most enjoyable experiences either of them have had - what with banging bed pans, packing cigerette box pedals into old leather glad bags for that sought after sound. It has been a shared passion for their music that has lovingly moulded this album track by track.

Now Hat and Cara want to share their scrawls and ramblings, the songs that they have created late into the many early hours from their shed in the bush to the long dark nights on the road.

This dynamic duo is a unique combination that have skillfully combined their music of hill style country blues with old time folk. Their material is original yet crosses the boundries as if written from a time once forgotten.

Hat Fitz and Cara will play The Black Box in Belfast on Friday August 10.
