Quiz in aid of local family
The annual table quiz for the Alan Steele Memorial Shield between Lurgan No 6 District and Lower Iveagh West No 8 District will take place in Brownlow House tomorrow (Friday).
The quiz will be starting at 8pm and all the loyal orders are warmly invited to get their thinking caps on and enter a team.
The proceeds from this year’s event will go to a local family who have to take their young daughter to America for urgent medical treatment.
The organisers haved given their thanks once again to Melvin Hull who wll be quiz master on the night.
