Two hit records, ‘Applejack’ and ‘Hillbilly Girl’, have not only projected Glasgow-born Lisa into the limelight but they have helped to keep her there while a clutch of individual awards have also helped to cement her position among the elite of Irish country singers

When she was named ‘Female Artiste of the Year’ at the prestigious Hot Country Awards Show, it was no more than the vivacious Lisa deserved.

And while the recent past has been fruitful, the future looks even more lucrative.

She boasts a packed diary that embraces travel throughout Ireland, the UK and the continent and she plans to release more singles and a CD that will almost certainly further enhance her popularity.

Her eagerly-awaited return to the Hilltown Hall Hotel is certain to create considerable excitement coming as it does on the cusp of the holiday season.

“I’m looking forward to seeing many familiar faces there and hopefully some new ones,” says Lisa, “There is always a great atmosphere at Hilltown Hall and we have been enhancing our show for the occasion.”

Doors open on Sunday night at 9.15pm with Lisa and her band going on stage at 10.45pm.
