Craft Festpays a visit to CastleWard

An annual celebration of craft, applied art and design runs over Friday 9 August from 1-5.30pm, and Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 August from 10.30am-5.30pm at Castle Ward.

Craft Fest includes a craft fair, craft exhibitions, craft demonstrations and craft workshops.

Expect to be sorely tempted by gorgeous jewellery, fabulous fashion and interior accessories in ceramic, glass, metal, mixed media, textiles and wood.

The only things that the exhibitors have in common is quality and individuality, and you get to meet and buy the work directly from the makers.

There are limited workshop places available so you must book in advance.

Children can visit the farmyard where summer activities include The Barn, ride on tractors and a farmyard playroom.
