Belsonic have confirmed the return of the festival this August, to Custom House Square, Belfast.

The first five headliners are confirmed - Queens of the Stone Age, Example, Biffy Clyro, Imagine Dragons and Kodaline,with special guest Tom Odell. This acts as just a taster of what’s in store, with many more to be announced in the coming weeks.

Belsonic, which takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Custom House Square in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, was launched in 2008.

Since then Florence & The Machine, Tom Jones, Kasabian, Nine Inch Nails, Paolo Nutini, 30 Seconds to Mars and David Guetta have all headlined, meaning expectations for this years festival are at an all time high. However, organisers are confident Belsonic 2014 will boast the festival’s strongest line up to date.

The festival will kick off on Friday August 15 with Example. Biffy Clyro will take to the stage on Saturday August 17 and Kodaline and Tom Odell will keep things going on Monday August 18.

Belsonic will continue on August 20 with Queens of the Stone Age and Imagine Dragons will be performing on Friday August 22.

Tickets go on sale on Friday April 11 at 9am.
