In the Premier MX1 Class, John scored his best result in the Irish Championship this year so far with a fourth place overall thanks to two fourths and a third.

In the same class, Dromara’s Ryan Adair on the Adair Electrics/Portadoen Fireplaces Suzuki seems to be stuck together with Greyabbey man Craig Browne on his Smoke Vent KTM this year, both of them finishing inside the top 10, with Craig besting Ryan by five points.

Meanwhile, in the Premier MX2 Class, Jason finished second overall on his Norman Watt Motul Kawasaki with three fine second places despite still being in pain from his hamstring injury. He was beaten only by Glenoe’s Glenn McCormick.
