Kids can make a racquet at squash summer course

Does your child fancy themselves as the next Madeline Perry?

Young sports enthusiasts aged 8 to 12 years are being offered the opportunity to take part in a professionally coached squash course at Banbridge Leisure Centre from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 August 2013, 3pm – 4.30pm daily.

This exciting and energetic course will allow children the opportunity to learn a new sport, improve their skills, have fun and make new friends.

And it will give them an insight into how the top players, like Banbridge’s Madeline, play the game.

The cost of the course is £10 for the first child and each additional child from the same immediate family £8. The course is open to boys and girls.

This course, which is one of many being offered as part of Banbridge District Council’s Summer Activity Programme for Young People, has been organised in conjunction with the Sport NI Lottery funded initiative, Active Communities.
