Dromore Juniors win with ease against Divis

Dromore’s juniors were at home to Divis and has a comfortable victory on Saturday, winning by 24 shots and six points.

Rink 1: This rink had a good start, leading by seven at the halfway stage. A stroll in the sun in the second half allowed them to be eight in front at 15 ends, finishing with a 16 shot win. Rink 2: A five in the first end put them in pole position for the rest of the match. They were 11 ahead at 10 ends, 12 at three quarters and 16 at the end.

Rink 3: This rink had to play second fiddle for most of the game, finding the Divis back end very strong. They were six down at halfway stage, 10 behind at the three quarter stage and 20 at the finish. Rink 4: A good start for this rink saw them six to the good at the halfway point. Their lead was 13 at the three quarter point with a good victory of 12 at the end.

On Tuesday the A team go to Divis and on Saturday the B team are away to Holywood.
