Having previously gone the other way, forward Neil Clydesdale has rejoined Town, making the switch from Cheney Park to Crystal Park while young goalkeeper Andrew Cullen and winger Andrew Wilson have also signed for Town.

“That’s a big one for us,” said a delighted Town boss Stuart King after securing Clydesdale’s signature.

“Ryan (Watson) has tried to get Neil back to the club a few times so he was a big target again this summer.

“I met with him before I went to France and he promised me he would come down for pre-season with us. He did really well in our first friendly against Lurgan Town on Saturday and then he agreed to sign for us. It’s a big signing for the club.”

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Andrew Cullen makes the move from Lurgan Celtic. He is also a part of the IFA’s U18 Development Squad.

Winger Andrew Wilson is another young prospect and the Banbridge lad joins the club from Glenavon Reserves.
