Cameron Beacom-Hurle got onto the score-sheet for his new side on Saturday.

The U15s got their league campaign of the best possible start with a convincing 6–1 win over local rivals Banbridge Town at Cheney Park with new singings Cameron Becom-Hurle and Jude Taggart joining Ethan Copes, Adam Bronte, Krystian Celmierowski amongst the goals.

UNDER 14S

The U14s had a home fixture against Moira and after a shaky start took the lead with Padraig Clancy neatly finishing past the advancing keeper.

This settled the home team and Peter Haughey doubled the advantage before Jerome Travers hammered home from a corner kick. The scoring was completed when a great run and shot from left winger Brendan Tumitly rebounded off the post and went in off the defender.

This was a great start for the U14s who have a tough test against Dromore away next week.

UNDER 13S

Things did not go as well for the U13 who hosted league favourites Armagh City and went 4–0 down at the break.

However, two 25 yard free-kicks from Mark Bronte and a penalty from Thomas Ingram gave the locals hope and really shook the visitors. Two late goals then ensured all three points went to Armagh.
