Banbridge Town under 10s played two more games at the Lurgan IFA development centre.
In the first game it was very tight with Town taking the lead when Adam Hamilton slotted neatly into the bottom corner.
Banbridge then went down to six men after Taylor Hill sustained a face injury and it was during this time that the opposition took the lead.
Sannon Carr and Ryan Meira protected goalkeeper Toby Jones well and he made three fantastic saves.
Banbridge drew level when Harry Annett’s sliding pass found Josh Kerr who neatly slotted it into the corner of the net.
In the second game Banbridge played some brilliant football taking the lead when Harry Annett set up Josh Kerr for a close range finish with Adam Hamilton getting the second with a neat side foot finish.
Annett then increased the gap with a well taken finish just inside the post after being set up by Kerr.
Kerr then scored another after Annett’s step overs sent him in with Kerr then adding two more to his tally.
Jones was always on his toes in the town goal which also allowed Carr and Neira to get forward with great exchanges of play between the offensive players.
Hill had great control and distribution on the right and from one such move sent Kerr away and he centred the ball for Annett to tap over the line.
Hamilton then showed great composure to increase the lead with Kerr then scoring another two with neat finishes.
Meira and Hill both had decent shots as well while Annett rounded off the scoring with a shot off the inside of the post.
Overall a great performance from all the boys who played particularly well in the second game.
