Dromore Ladies hope to improve

Dromore 0 - 7 Armagh

Dromore Ladies would like to thank Magill Cycles Dromore for their continued support this season.

Following two draws in their opening two games Dromore Ladies were comfortably beaten by newly promoted Armagh. It was a performance lacking from what you expect of a Dromore side as they were easily beating and only for a great performance by Michelle Stephens between the post it would have been more.

Lacking the leadership of Tracy Orr in defence it seemed a completely different side that held Loughgall the previous week, unable to defend at times giving away simple goals as they couldn’t clear their lines.

Time and again Armagh managed to break through in the first half finishing it well ahead, in the second half Dromore improved but were unable to muster any chance of note. This performance was far from what you expect of a Dromore side and was far from that of the ones in the opening two games, where on both occasions they were the better side.

Dromore will look to get back on track this week against Coleraine at home, kicking off at 7.30pm, with two key players coming back into the side that was easily defeated by Armagh.
