The first goal arrived with just 10 minutes gone when a deflected free kick wrong footed Thompson in goals and the Colin Valley player tapped in from five yards after the ball had hit the post.

Dromore were trying their best to get back into game with a couple of half chances but they were unable to convert any of these.

The second goal arrived midway through the first half when a loose back pass by Hill allowed the Colin Valley striker to slot the ball into the net.

This was hard on the Dromore defence of T.Stewart, A. McDonald, G.Rowan, Hill with Thompson behind in goals as they had been dealing with the pressure being thrown at them.

Colin Valley got their third just before half time.

The second half started with Dromore having to make a change in midfield with Compton replacing the injured Beattie.

The fourth goal arrived after the restart when Colin Valley broke from a Dromore corner and scored with the striker appearing to be five yards offside and the referee unable to make up the ground to see it.

On 70 minutes Colin Valley got their fifth when good play resulted in the striker giving Thompson no chance in goals.

Dromore made a change with 20 minutes remaining with Lavery replacing Lockhart.

This change put a bit of life into the Dromore play with Martin, Bain and Lavery all having good chances to score.

Dromore should have had a penalty with 10 minutes left when Bain was brought down in the box but the referee didn’t give it.

Colin Valley got their sixth goal when with Dromore pushing forward they broke and scored.

Afterwards manager Brownlee commented: “We need to cut out making mistakes as this isn’t giving us a chance in games.”
