Dromore Amateurs 2nds got back into action on Saturday as they beat Grange 3-0 in the Templeton Cup at Ferris Park.
It was a game Dromore dominated from the start with Lockhart and Curran guilty of not converting when in good positions. They opened the scoring in the 38th minute as good work from Walker played Lockhart in and he made no mistake from close range.
Number 2 followed on the stroke of half-time when the two frontmen combined with McDowell latching on to a Lockhart pass and finishing high into the top corner. The second half followed the same pattern with Dromore guilty of missing clear-cut chances to finish the game off.
They eventually sealed victory in the 82nd minute when from another Curran corner was headed back across goal for young Austin to tap in for his first senior goal.
It was a pleasing return to action for the Dromore team although sterner tests await them in the not too distant future.
