Down GAA will be holding a pitch based Strength and Conditioning session at Downpatrick RGU on Monday December 7.

The session will start at 7pm sharp and will be delivered by Ulster GAA High Performance Director, Roger Keenan.

The course will highlight methods of incorporating strength and conditioning training into normal pitch based training sessions. The session is open to coaches, players and managers of adult team teams and is free of charge.
